- On January 18th, GPB further incorporated another wholly-owned subsidiary company, GPB – Taiwan Branch, in Taipei as a branch company.

- On March 1st, GPB, through its subsidiary, GPSL signed a partnership agreement with one of China’s largest telecommunication giant, the Nanjing-based Jiangsu Telecom Company Ltd, to promote the usage of “Endless E-communication” in China.

- On May 25th, GPB was listed in the MESDAQ market.

- On July 26th, GPB and mTouche Technology Berhad (mTouche) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding which will witness two dynamic MESDAQ companies teaming up for mutual benefits.

- On August 30th, GPB teamed up with Maxis Communication Berhad (Maxis), Dell Malaysia, NEC Computers Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd and BenQ Services & Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd to bundle Maxis 3G Connect along with the purchase of Dell, NEC and/or BenQ notebooks.

- On September 7th, FarEasTone Telecommunications Co, Ltd selected GPB's 3G Mobile Data Solution for its Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) network expansion in Taiwan.

- GPB, via its wholly-owned Taiwan branch company was selected to deploy its Unified Mobility Solution (UMS) for the massive Mobile-Taipei (M-Taipei) County Project by China International Communication Network Company which was estimated to cost NT$ 3.5 billion (RM 427 million).

- On October 18th, GPB together with mTouche Technology Berhad entered into a joint Letter of Intent with the vendors of Inova Venture Pte Ltd (Inova) for the two parties to acquire a 71% equity interest in the Singapore company – upon completion, Inova will be a subsidiary of mTouche and an associate company of GPB.

- On Nov 8th, GPB via its wholly-owned subsidiary, GPSL entered into a 2-year partnership agreement today with Sichuan Telecom Company Limited on a synergistic collaboration to promote a complete "Wireless E-communication" solution in the Sichuan province.

- GPB's SONaccess won the prestigious MSC-Asia Pacific ICT Awards (MSC-APICTA) Merit Award 2005 and was one of the finalists for the "Product of the Year" for the PIKOM-Computimes ICT Awards 2005.
